URGENT: Foster homes desperately needed

JRTRO is in dire need of foster homes to avoid turning away the many abused, neglected or abandoned dogs that come to our rescue for help. These dogs do not do well in a shelter environment, and having a short-stay foster placement is a critical step towards finding them forever homes. If you can open your home for just a short time to a needy Jack it would make all the difference in the world for that dog’s future.
